Update Oracle Properties system to produce payments for:- Rentals, Electricity, Municipal Utilities and Rates, etc.,
Record balances and ageing as per landlord/managing agent statements,
Resolve outstanding reconciling items and action outstanding entries,
Perform age analysis by landlord/managing agent and drive clearing thereof,
Check remittances and attach supporting documentation to send to landlords/managing agents,
Processing of invoices and ensuring payment thereof,
Escalate issues and communicate to the Accountant/Manager any non-adherence to procedures and controls,
Administer, follow-up and resolve queries,
· Ensure that all documents are kept in line with WW policy and Legal requirements and properly filed and/or timeously sent for archiving,
· Identify and communicate any bottlenecks and late documentation,
· Deliver high performance consistently,
· Build and maintain a good relationship with customers and the rest of the team,
