Duties and responsibilities
• Prepare and allocate deposits on bank statements.
• Balancing of bank deposits on bank statement with receipts on General Ledger on a monthly basis.

• Liaise with the departments and external commercial debtors to allocate payments & assist with queries on accounts.

• Follow up outstanding debt with departments.
• Prepare documents for hand-over to attorneys.
• Administration of commercial debtor refunds & allocation to debtors account.
• Maintain restricted list and distribute to departments.
• Masterdata maintenance.
Inherent Job Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree or a B-Tech degree on NQF level seven (7) in Finance or Accounting.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in a debtors or accounting environment.
Recommendations
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Programme will be advantages.
