Reporting to the Head of Organisational Effectiveness

Your responsibilities

As an integral part of the Organisational Effectiveness Team, you will

  • help shape the decision making of various business functions by providing data-driven insights to help us attract, develop, and retain the best talent.
  • work to design and build innovative reports and dashboards using BI Tools as appropriate.
  • you will build out and support the various HR Tech solutions to deliver a world-class Employee Experiences (i.e. Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, Performance management, etc.) with our HR Business Partners, tech teams and vendors
  • You will own the concept, design, and delivery of the technical HR solutions.
  • You will assume centralized ownership of best in breed HR applications/tools build toward a best in class future state.
  • Provide training and drive change management and adoption and utilisation of HR systems and reports
  • Lead, manage and develop the People analytics and HR systems team

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Information systems or other relevant Degree or 10 years relevant experience if without a tertiary qualification
  • 5-7 years’ experience in information technology focusing on Data, Business Intelligence Analytics and HR Systems.
  • Experience with HR process re-engineering
  • End to end project, team and 3rd party management experience
  • Experience focusing on Visual Data Exploration, Reporting and Analytics required
  • Experience in preparing and structuring clear, well thought our documentation and processes
  • Experience in  HR Tech solution and process evaluation and  implementation
  • Minimum of 2 years leading a team
