Analyse and Model Business results under Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Morale (QCDSM) and prepare information in such a way to allow for management decisions to be taken.

Develop a pipeline of opportunities, as identified through the analyses of relevant Business information and be able to consolidate and track for Sasol Mining.
Responsible for the optimisation of current processes, based on the Siyenza Operating Model and be able to articulate the options and get buy in on the relevant options within Sasol Mining.
Responsible for the development of fit for purpose processes within the Siyenza Operating Model as the need arises and through interaction with different departments across Sasol Mining.
Simplify information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team and peers.
Where applicable, use the Capital Project model and approval process to drive capital projects.
Interact with different departments within Sasol Mining, from Projects, Business improvement, Finance, OHS and Environmental as examples to have a holistice view of the Sasol Mining Business and risk.
Prioritise activities, based on risk and drive execution thereof bsed on project Mangement Principles.
Provide multivariable, multi scenario output, highlighting key value drivers/levers and risks.
Develop and facility identification of business and projects risks.
Engage with business owners and project resources to determine the actual results of project implemented and performance.
Where applicable to apply for funding required to secure the necessary resources to deliver on respective projects/initiatives.
Facilitate of approvals at the correct authorities and governance structures.
Adhere to governance processes of reviewing economic evaluations and investment applications.
Adhere to full regulatory compliance.
Part takes in task risk assessments and actions where applicable for Sasol Mining.
Provide guidance to business leaders and projects managers on cash flow availability within the respective budgets.
Enable and sustain high performance and seek opportunities for personal growth, monitored through a structured performance contract and development plan.
