ABOUT THE ROLE / PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Accountable as part of the Secunda Synfuels Inspection Authority to support either the Principal Specialist or the Manager in legal document management control by processing and controlling all legal documentation e.g. (Repair approvals, Non-conformance recommendation, Concessions, Design verification, Fitness-for-Service) at their various stages, and the transmitting it forward for further processing.
Managing SAP information updates.
As part of there said duties they are also responsible for PCMS, production of “Inspect Two” reports and managing of all legal documents as well as the general administration of such.

Secunda Synfuels Operations (SSO) operates the world’s largest coal-to-liquids (CTL) facility and produces synthesis gas (syngas) through coal gasification and natural gas reforming, using Sasol’s unique and proprietary Fischer-Tropsch technology to manufacture synthetic fuel components, pipeline gas and chemical feedstock.
