The successful candidate must be computer literate in Microsoft Office.
Previous experience having mentored and trained subordinates is essential.
The successful candidate must have strong leadership qualities and problem-solving capability with good planning and communication skills.
The successful candidate must be financially astute with experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
The successful candidate must be fluent in mining laws and safety regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Ensure that mobile machine and plant equipment are available and safe for use.
Enforce Company rules and safety regulations.
Complete CAPEX documentation as required for the Department.
Conduct equipment failure investigation and root cause analysis.
