The Senior Manager: Risk and Compliance will be accountable to achieve the following objectives:
Manage the development, implementation, monitoring and remediation of standard Roles, Segregation of Duties across end-to-end Business Processes to be delivered across the Boost platform, providing input into the Group Marshall Plan (where required).
Ensure that the defined Roles are in-line with the defined Job profiles.
Driving Access analysis services to enable continuous business improvements and operational effectiveness
Monitoring and assessing the business by analysing, allocating and testing of new privileges deployed through the release management process of the functional teams.
Maintaining role definition documentation post release updates
Maintain Risk and Control Matrices for access.
Managing OPCO specific auto-allocation rules to ensure new functionality becomes available post impact and risk assessment
Implementing Changes in Roles based on the required changes as and when solution deployments are implemented
Champion the roll out of the Oracle Risk Management Modules for user access monitoring (AAC), advanced financial controls (AFC) and link of AAC and AFC controls to Financial reporting compliance (FRC)
Ensuring Segregation of Duties is being maintained in terms of applicable group information security standard and relevant access is being assigned
Ensure compliance and provide the relevant level of knowledge in terms of the MTN business processes and mechanisms and where required continuous improvement is affected.
